Dr. Hayatul Safrah Salleh is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Development, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT), Malaysia. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cardiff University, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). She has more than 20 years of experience teaching marketing and management courses for undergraduate and postgraduate. Her research interests are in the areas of consumer behaviour, services marketing, sustainable marketing and local knowledge in addressing climate change impacts. She has successfully led and collaborated on numerous research projects as both principal investigator and co-researcher, supported by various research grants. Richard "Dick" Charles Larson is an American engineer and operations research specialist known for his contributions to various fields, including urban service systems, disaster planning, pandemics, queueing theory, logistics, technology-enabled education, smart- energy houses, and workforce planning. He is currently the Mitsui Professor of Data, Systems, and Society at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
