Abstract Assessment Criteria
- Describe the original work in the abstract
- Write the abstract in English.
- Accepted abstracts should be both informative and essential.
- The abstract should consist of one paragraph with a word limit of 200-250.
- Include a brief biography along with your abstract (refer to the template for an example).
- Submit the abstract in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format.

- Upon submission, you will receive an acknowledgment email within three working days.
- Ensure the title, author's names, and affiliations are centered, with the presenting author underlined.
Evaluation Process
- Your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer evaluation by a scientific review committee within two to three days of receipt.
- Results of the abstract review will be communicated to the author within two to four days of submission.
- If revisions are required, the amended abstract must be resubmitted within a week.
- Rejections, along with reviewer suggestions for improvement, will be provided for rejected manuscripts.
Full Paper Submission Guidelines
- Upon acceptance of your abstract and completion of the APCERSSH-2025 registration, you are invited to submit full papers.
- Ensure your manuscript is 6-8 pages long in a double-column format.
- Manuscripts must be in English, and thoroughly checked for grammar and language errors.
- Tables, figures, and images should be high-quality and appropriately labeled.
- Keywords should be in lowercase, separated by commas, excluding names/scientific names.
- Include affiliations with country names.
- Structure your paper into Background, Motivation, Objective, Statement of Contribution/Methods, and Results, Discussions, and Conclusions.
- After following these guidelines, submit your full paper.
