Submission Guidelines

    Abstract Assessment Criteria
  • Describe the original work in the abstract
  • Write the abstract in English.
  • Accepted abstracts should be both informative and essential.
  • The abstract should consist of one paragraph with a word limit of 200-250.
  • Include a brief biography along with your abstract (refer to the template for an example).
  • Submit the abstract in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  • After preparation, Submit your Abstract Here
  • Upon submission, you will receive an acknowledgment email within three working days.
  • Ensure the title, author's names, and affiliations are centered, with the presenting author underlined.
    Evaluation Process
  • Your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer evaluation by a scientific review committee within two to three days of receipt.
  • Results of the abstract review will be communicated to the author within two to four days of submission.
  • If revisions are required, the amended abstract must be resubmitted within a week.
  • Rejections, along with reviewer suggestions for improvement, will be provided for rejected manuscripts.
    Full Paper Submission Guidelines
  • Upon acceptance of your abstract and completion of the APCERSSH-2025 registration, you are invited to submit full papers.
  • Ensure your manuscript is 6-8 pages long in a double-column format.
  • Manuscripts must be in English, and thoroughly checked for grammar and language errors.
  • Tables, figures, and images should be high-quality and appropriately labeled.
  • Keywords should be in lowercase, separated by commas, excluding names/scientific names.
  • Include affiliations with country names.
  • Structure your paper into Background, Motivation, Objective, Statement of Contribution/Methods, and Results, Discussions, and Conclusions.
  • After following these guidelines, submit your full paper.
