Does the conference sponsor travel and accommodation?
No. This is a self-supported event; participants must handle their own travel and accommodation.
Can I receive an official invitation letter?
Yes. After registration and payment, an official invitation letter will be provided.
What is the visa process and fee to enter Japan?
Participants must check visa requirements with the Japanese embassy or consulate in their region.
Can I bring an accompanying person to the conference?
